This blog has been birthed from a passion I have just to enjoy life. Im tired of stressing about things and letting doubt and fear control my life, im BREAKING OUT and would love for you and I to take the journey of leading a healthy enjoyable life together. Its time to go after our dreams and reach our full potential. God has given us a life to live and purpose to be fulfilled!
